When cooking pumpkins, stand the pumpkin so that it is upright. Next, cut it down the middle. Place them upside down on different baking sheets. Sprinkle a small amount of water on the baking sheets, and then bake the pumpkin at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around an hour.

Use a measuring cup instead of just pouring straight out of the bottle. This technique gives you greater control over the amount of oil you want to use.

You will be much less stressed and more ready to cook the next day.
